Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking skilled makeup artists to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers in Southampton.

You will work with a high-performing team to create impact at in-store events and ensure top visual merchandising standards to stand out in the market. Certification in makeup artistry or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, though applicants with amateur experience demonstrating high creativity

Qualifications

• Qualification in makeup artistry or prior retail makeup experience preferred; amateurs considered if capable.

Responsibilities

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
