Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a skilled makeup artist to deliver a welcoming, inspirational in-store experience, educating customers with creative and technical expertise.

You will contribute to high-performing team efforts, support in-store events, and help the store stand out with visual merchandising. Certification in makeup artistry and/or retail makeup experience is preferred, but we also welcome applicants with amateur level experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Qualification in makeup artistry or retail makeup experience preferred, amateurs considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, inspirational in-store makeup consultations and education to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to support in-store events and maintain strong visual merchandising standards.
• Demonstrate products and inspire customers with personalised recommendations.
