Job Description

Position: Beauty & Fitness Assistant (Casual Contract)

Department: Beauty & Fitness

Supported by: Head Therapist

Salary: £13.61 per hour

Purpose: To exceed member expectations daily and promote effective operation of the Fitness Areas and Activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain fitness areas and equipment according to Brand Standards
• Assist in maintaining high standards of professionalism and cleanliness
• Manage fitness activities, bookings, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure health & safety compliance
• Handle customer queries and feedback

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and treatments
• Graduate from an accredited aesthetics school (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, NVQ3, or equivalent)
• Experience in luxury or day spa environment
• Trained in body treatments, facials, manicure, and pedicure
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, organized, and flexible for shifts and weekends
