About the Role

1. Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, thriving on the excitement of surpassing expectations.
2. Embrace teamwork, understanding your impact and supporting colleagues and managers, especially during last-minute changes.
3. Represent the Charlotte Tilbury brand as a brand ambassador, providing customers with expert advice, recreating makeup looks, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
4. Follow grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance.

About You

1. Ideally, you have experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
2. You are passionate about the Charlotte Tilbury brand and eager to promote it.
3. Experience in applying makeup and adapting styles to different customers is preferred.
4. You promote positivity and have a limitless, energetic mindset.
5. You are flexible to work shifts, including early and late hours.
6. You are willing to provide references and undergo a criminal background check, as the role is based in a secure, airside location.
