The role focuses on achieving sales while delivering a first-class customer experience, collaborating with the team to meet targets, and upholding policies and stock practices in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Work as one team to ensure a 'customer first' experience is delivered consistently.
• Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
• Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss.
• Communicate clearly with the store team and external partners.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming and approachable store environment.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share with the team.
• Understand and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
