In this role you will maintain up-to-date brand knowledge, exceed targets, and collaborate with store colleagues and external partners to ensure a seamless customer journey and successful outcomes.

• Follow stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss.
• Communicate clearly with the store team.
• Interact confidently with external partners and store visitors.
• Contribute to an inclusive, welcoming store environment.
