Overview

Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the Lakeside area, working within a field-based retail merchandising team to launch a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store. You will drive sales by ensuring stands are fully stocked as these brands sell quickly.

Location note: this role will primarily be based within the RM20 postcode. Confirmed working hours are listed below.

Responsibilities

• Product Placement and Replenishment: arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal, ensuring stands are completely full for customers to shop.
• Stock Monitoring: monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages; ensure as much stock as possible is on shelves to drive sales.
• Beauty Knowledge: become an expert on Health and Beauty products, including brands and trends.
• Compliance and Standards: follow merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance; implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and special offers effectively.
• Relationship Building: build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers; provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application.
