Job description

We've got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the Primark Liverpool. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store. You'll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock, as these brands sell fast!

About the role:

This role will primarily be based within the L1 3AY postcode.

Confirmed working hours: 12

• Wednesday 6.00am - 10.00am
• Friday 6.00am - 10.00am
• Saturday 6.00am - 10.00am

There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Toys and General Merchandising.

How you'll deliver excellence:

• Work quickly and accurately to ensure the Beauty stands are fully stocked for customers.
• Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Ensure maximum stock is out on shelves to drive sales.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder products to avoid shortages.
• Develop Beauty Knowledge: Become an expert on Health and Beauty brands, products, and trends.
• Compliance and Standards: Follow merchandising standards, store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
• Implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and offers effectively.
