We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based at Primark Glasgow Fort. You'll be part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store. Your responsibility will be to drive sales by ensuring the stands are fully stocked, as these brands sell quickly!

About the role:

This position is primarily based within the G34 9DL postcode.

Confirmed working hours: Wed 6.00am to 10.00am, Fri 6.00am to 10.00am, Sat 6.00am to 10.00am

There may be opportunities to work across other categories such as Books and Entertainment, Toys, and General Merchandising.

Your tasks will include:

• Product Placement and Replenishment: Arranging and organising products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal, ensuring shelves are fully stocked to drive sales, monitoring stock levels, and ordering products to prevent shortages.
• Beauty Knowledge: Developing expertise in health and beauty brands, products, and trends.
• Compliance and Standards: Adhering to merchandising standards, store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines, following planograms to ensure consistency.
• Promotional and POS Setup: Setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and offers.
• Communication and Relationship Building: Building good relationships with in-store colleagues and providing feedback to client account teams via our feedback application.

• You work efficiently to fill stands quickly and accurately with stock.
• You have experience in merchandising or retail.
• You take ownership of your work within set timeframes and use initiative to find solutions.
• You pride yourself on delivering high standards and service.
• You are comfortable with manual handling, moving and arranging products from warehouse to shopfloor.
• You are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
