With a creative vision that’s made her a tour de force with an undeniable influence, Pat McGrath knows no boundaries.

We are looking for experienced Beauty Managers to join our team in our Luxury Flagship Store in Meadowhall.

Role Responsibility

  • Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products from everyday looks to special events.
  • Maintain specialised product knowledge and reinforce Pat McGrath application techniques with your team, with training provided.
  • Achieve sales goals and analyze sales data to develop strategies with management to meet and exceed targets.
  • Share your cosmetics knowledge to provide exceptional and personalised customer service.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to create a memorable customer experience, including selling, replenishing stock, organizing displays, and hosting events.
  • Manage customer feedback to improve service, sales, and retail standards.
  • Adapt to daily challenges, possibly working across different departments.
  • Stay updated on beauty trends and expand product and competitor knowledge.
  • Plan and deliver in-store events.
  • Replenish stock, maintain testers and counters, and ensure the brand presentation is at its best.
  • Build a client base and model excellent customer service.
  • Follow health, safety, and security procedures to prevent stock loss.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Champion company culture and values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Lead Makeup Artist.
  • Ability to perform makeup applications aligned with the brand service menu.
  • Strong connection of artistry and education to sales.
  • Social/digital portfolio with significant following preferred.
  • Knowledge of current beauty trends and products.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage customers effectively.
  • Develop strong product knowledge through trend following and training.
  • Proven sales and service expertise, with initiative to provide additional services.
  • Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases.
  • Flexible and responsive to business needs, willing to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Self-driven to learn and grow, working with management and trainers.
  • Represent the company's values as a trusted colleague.
  • Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.

This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and some evenings.

Additional Information
