Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Full Time Beauty Consultant for our Lakeside store, focused on fragrance and creating exceptional customer experiences. You will learn about our luxury brands, deliver personalized service, and drive sales with commission.

The role emphasizes high standards, punctuality, and representation of Harrods’ prestigious image. You will join a close-knit H beauty team, engage customers, ensure stock and merchandising excellence, and participate in the Harrods rewards program.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or beauty is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and selling skills are expected.
• Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Our Location and Role

We are currently looking for Full Time Beauty Consultants with a strong interest in Fragrance to join our welcoming and close-knit H beauty team in our Lakeside store. H beauty is no normal beauty hall, with interactive playtables to try on the latest products, a Harrods gift shop, and a big pink bear for your Instagram pictures; we are focussed on the experience our customers have when they walk through our doors.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Beauty Consultant, you\'ll enjoy a package that includes a salary of £26,740 + commission, as well as access to our renowned Harrods benefits, including generous discounts across our store.
