Job Description:

At Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG, we are seeking Beauty Consultant (PT or FT) for one of our clients, an emerging Premium Sustainable Beauty brand, to join their store located in Selfridges, London.

We work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors across Europe, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Amsterdam.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience and exceed customer expectations;
  • Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through professional service;
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with customers to achieve strong sales performance;
  • Ensure brand loyalty through personal interaction and active customer engagement;
  • Drive CRM initiatives and maintain the customer database;
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail
  • Strong customer service skills for an impeccable customer experience
