Due to an expansion, La Prairie are looking for dynamic Beauty Consultants for key London flagship stores in early 2025. We would loveto hear from candidates who are considering theirnext move in luxury beauty and would like to be considered for any future Beauty Consultant vacancies.
As a Beauty Consultant you will be our Maison Ambassador. Ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalised skincare luxury service, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our discerning client, creating carefully curated experiences and perfect etiquette.
Main Accountabilities
- Make smart business decisions based on brand and business ambition
- Achieve the sales objectives based on retention and recruitment of clients, especially High Net Worth Individuals and existing VIPs.
- Guarantee meaningful business relationshipsacross the store, especially with Personal Shoppers, concierges, etc
- Ensure retail excellence isperformed at all times, maintaining the highest standards ofhousekeeping and retail standards are maintained at the point of sale
- Create a deep connection with the client to understand their needs, build trust and long-lastingrelationship
- Pro-actively introduce and recommend relevant products, ensuring a personalised 1:1 luxuryand professional serviceat all times
- Maintain the relationship through engaging the Client through La PrairieClientelingtools andsystems
- Be knowledgeable on all products, ensuring the heritage, skin science and benefits arealwaysconveyed in a relevant way to the client
- Ensure exceptional service through encouraging the application of products either on counterorwithin the cabin

- Real passion for beauty and skincare with an affinity for luxury, always striving for excellence
- Strong business acumen to drive sales and go beyond business objectives
- Ability to connect and engage with our discerning client, transforming that connection into a personal relationship through excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and client centric customer service
- Ability to build relationships throughout the store to find new opportunities
- Ability to be a great team player as part of a high impact team, driven by diverse thoughts and opinions.
