REFY are seeking a Beauty Consultant to join our team in the beauty department at Selfridges, London. You will be the REFY ambassador, showcasing world-first, multifunctional products with a focus on confidence and inclusivity.

You will drive sales, provide personalised consultations, and participate in training and events at HQ, while building lasting relationships with customers and supporting seasonal activations.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers and team members.
• A passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail environments.
• Demonstrated success in achieving individual sales and KPIs.
• Up to date with social media trends and influence on beauty retail.

Responsibilities

• Drive REFY’s business objectives, meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Engage with customers to showcase REFY products and provide personalised consultations.
• Build brand awareness and maintain relationships with existing clientele.
• Support retail events and activations during peak seasons.
• Gaining insight into customer service, sales, and brand representation.
• Ensure replenishment and stock levels are maintained.
• Participate in regular product training and growth opportunities at our HQ

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
