The role:

Delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll develop skincare conversations with customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge
• Promote brand differentiation, ingredient stories, product benefits, and usage
• Create retail theatre to attract and engage customers through storytelling
• Focus on customer loyalty to encourage repeat visits
• Overcome selling challenges confidently

You are:

• Passionate about skincare and beauty
• Confident and articulate communicator
• Proactive and eager to explore sales opportunities
• Customer-focused and results-oriented

You have:

• Experience in a beauty or retail role with excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
