Who Are We Looking For?

Previous experience is not essential, what’s more important are the skills and behaviours needed to succeed in this role. You must be able to demonstrate a high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Key skills for the role include:

• Full UK driving licence - you must be able to drive a van and meet our minimum driver requirements
• Technical ability - can you read a planogram and organise merchandise accordingly?
• Methodical - with a keen eye for detail, are you the type of person to straighten up a cosmetic display that’s out of alignment whilst you’re out and about?
• Passion - you need the passion and drive to become a Beauty Brand Expert, working in our business that changes as fast as the market we work in
• Confidence - with outstanding customer relationships and communication skills to liaise with store management teams and brand stakeholders
• Approachability - as part of our Beauty Squad, you’ll be working in live stores - customers need to be able to approach you with their feedback whilst on site. You are the face of Momentum whilst working in-store
  
  

What Does Your New Role Look Like?

Working on a fixed-term basis as a full-time member of our core team: The Beauty Squad, you will be one of our Beauty Merchandising Experts - responsible for implementing cosmetic and skincare displays for global brands within high street retailers.

On a typical day, you’ll visit several retailers in your region. You’ll be travelling within an 80-mile radius of your home, we provide a company vehicle and all the kit you need to deliver outstanding retail merchandising services to our clients. We take care of the schedule, so you can focus on getting out on the road and working your magic in store!

You will do this by:

• Merchandising new stock, moving parts around according to planogram
• Changing visuals and Point of Sale. Merchandising the stand to keep it looking beautiful for customers that visit the store
• Working with your team and building strong relationships
• Helping train others and achieving a sense of pride from bringing the beauty brands to life!
