Job summary

Page Personnel is seeking a Brand Manager for a luxury beauty portfolio in Weybridge. You will lead trade and shopper marketing initiatives, creating campaigns that reflect the brand's premium positioning and delivering a seamless customer journey in-store and online.

You will analyse market trends, drive growth, and collaborate with sales, brand teams and external agencies to ensure flawless activation and strong KPI performance in a fast-paced luxury beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty or FMCG, preferably luxury brands.
• Strong trade or shopper marketing expertise.
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and retail dynamics.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management.
• Commercially driven with a proactive mindset.

Job Description

In this role, you will bring brands to life within the retail environment and ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.You will:

• Lead the development and execution of innovative trade and shopper marketing strategies
• Create impactful campaigns and activations that reflect the luxury positioning of the brand
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to unlock growth opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, brand and external agencies to ensure flawless execution
• Monitor and optimise performance through key KPIs
