Boots Group is seeking a No7 Advisor to guide customers through skincare and beauty journeys, leveraging science-based insights and personalized consultations.

You will deliver expert makeup advice, demonstrate products, and build lasting relationships while contributing to a premium yet accessible customer experience. Training includes the 12-month Skin School and potential development opportunities across Boots and the No7 Beauty Company.

• Offer expert makeup advice including shade matching and routines.
• Drive sales and promote offers, innovations and launches.
• Build trusting customer relationships for loyalty and repeat visits.
• Work with Boots team to deliver exceptional service and commercial results.
