The Boots Company PLC is seeking an enthusiastic No7 Advisor to guide customers through skincare and makeup journeys at our counter. You will deliver personalised consultations, share world-class science behind No7 products, and build lasting customer relationships in a premium, accessible setting.

You'll complete our Skin School programme and actively promote offers while achieving sales targets, all within a supportive Boots team.

Qualifications

• Passion for skincare and makeup with customer focus.
• Comfort with achieving sales targets in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through skincare journeys with personalised consultations.
• Explain No7 science and translate ingredients to customer benefits.
• Provide makeup advice, shade matching, and routine building.
• Promote offers and new launches to drive sales and loyalty.
• Maintain an attractive counter presentation.
