Role Overview:

The Beauty Advisor Operations at Sephora plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operational processes related to cash and stock. They work closely with the management team and store associates to meet customer demands and maintain an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments. Unpack, label, and organize inventory. Perform stock counts and assist with audits. Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed.
2. Stock Replenishment: Prioritize replenishment tasks, restock products promptly, and maintain appealing displays. Rotate stock and assist with merchandising plans.
3. Documentation and Administration: Handle product recalls, returns, and support inventory audits. Collaborate on process improvements.
4. Cash Operations: Process transactions accurately, follow cash procedures, and maintain workspace organization.
5. Customer Service: Welcome clients warmly, understand their needs, and share product knowledge to drive sales. Support shopfloor categories as needed.
6. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with team members, communicate stock issues, coordinate with other departments, and assist in training new associates. Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
