You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales and service KPIs, and cultivating brand loyalty through expert product knowledge and beauty services. This role also involves supporting visual merchandising, planning in-store events, and collaborating closely with retail and head office teams in a fast-paced boutique environment.

• Maintain brand standards by ensuring a clean, organised sales floor, cash wrap, and backroom.
• Execute all visual merchandising directives accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain awareness of loss prevention and shrink procedures.

Qualifications
