Beauty Advisor Overview

The Beauty Advisor’s main responsibility is to achieve sales and KPI targets through a customer-first approach. With passion and enthusiasm, they serve as an ambassador for the brand.

  • Provide unbiased customer advice through excellent product knowledge

  • Follow stock handling policies to ensure accuracy and minimize loss
  • Communicate clearly with the store team
  • Confidently communicate with external partners and visitors
  • Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive store environment
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share with the team
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
