Beauty Advisor Overview

The main responsibility of the Beauty Advisor is to achieve sales and KPI targets through a customer-first approach. With passion and enthusiasm, they serve as an ambassador for the brand.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively to ensure a ‘customer-first’ experience
  • Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge
  • Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimize stock loss
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team
  • Confidently communicate with external business partners and store visitors
  • Contribute to a team effort and take pride in achieving shared goals
  • Create an inclusive, welcoming, and approachable store environment
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share it with the team
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures
