VVS Beauty London is seeking a talented Lash Artist to join our West Norwood salon. You will deliver high-quality classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions while providing a premium client experience and ongoing mentorship to refine your artistry.

We offer training in signature lash mapping, supportive team culture, and opportunities for career progression. Part-time, full-time, or flexible/self-employed roles available at competitive pay based on experience.

Formación

• Recognised lash extension qualification.
• Minimum 1 year's professional experience preferred.
• Confident in classic lash application, with hybrid and volume experience desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Professional, reliable, friendly and client-focused.
• Good time management and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and continuously develop.
• Additional brow or lash lift qualifications are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions.
• Carry out lash infills, removals and client consultations.
• Learn and apply VVS signature custom lash mapping and styling techniques.
• Maintain excellent lash retention, isolation and application standards.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings.
• Provide professional aftercare advice and product recommendations.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene, cleanliness and treatment room presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver the VVS standard of service.

About the Role

VVS Beauty London is looking for a talented, passionate and detail-oriented Lash Artist to join our growing team. We're seeking someone who takes pride in their craft, has a genuine passion for beauty and understands that exceptional service goes beyond the treatment itself. As a Lash Artist at VVS, you'll deliver beautiful, high-quality lash extensions while providing the premium client experience our brand is known for. You'll also receive specialist training in our signature custom lash styling techniques, alongside ongoing mentorship and support to help you refine your artistry and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities
