Job summary

Exchange People seeks a passionate Beauty Educator to lead Brow & Lash training in Liverpool. You will design and deliver training programmes, run workshops, and support product development with hands-on expertise in brow and lash services.

You will travel to client sites, deliver in-person, online, and hybrid sessions, and create engaging materials while keeping training content up-to-date with industry trends. Competitive salary dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
• 2–4 years' hands-on Brow & Lash experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes for beauty professionals — in-person, online, and hybrid.
• Conduct engaging workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Create and update training materials including presentations, handouts, e-learning content, and video tutorials.
• Travel to different locations to conduct on-site training and represent the brand at industry events.
• Test product efficacy, conduct trials and gather customer feedback.
• Aid in the development of new products with written reports and photographic evidence.
• Provide technical guidance on brow and lash services, including Lash Extensions.
• Manage training schedules, logistics, and materials.

About the Role

Our client, a leader in their industry, are looking for a passionate, experienced Brow & Lash Brand Educator & Product Specialist to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes for beauty professionals — in-person, online, and hybrid


• Conduct engaging workshops, seminars, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions


• Create and continuously update training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning content, and video tutorials


• Travel to different locations to conduct on‑site training and represent the brand at industry events


• Test the efficacy of existing products, conducting trials and gathering customer feedback


• Aid in the development of new products, providing detailed written reports and photographic evidence


• Provide technical guidance to employees and partners on brow and lash services, including Lash Extensions


• Manage training schedules, logistics, and materials

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent: VTCT Level 3 / ITEC Level 3)


• Minimum 2–4 years' hands‑on experience** in the Brow & Lash industry


• Experience with e-learning platforms, VR/AR training tools, or gamification strategies


• Experience in product development or testing
