Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting a Production Operative for our busy manufacturing site. The role will primarily operate the Beamsaw and cut timber and materials for production, with opportunities to work across other factory roles for variety.

Hours are Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm, with pay of £12.75 per hour. The role involves following health and safety procedures and contributing to a clean, safe, and organised workplace within a door manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience with beamsaw operation is preferred.
• Ability to follow production instructions and health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operating the Beamsaw safely and efficiently
• Cutting timber and other materials accurately to specification
• Supporting the wider door manufacturing process
• Working across different areas of the factory as required
• Following production instructions and health & safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet production requirements
