Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative for a busy door manufacturing site in the North East of England. You will primarily operate the Beamsaw, cutting timber and materials accurately for production, with opportunities to work across other factory roles as required.

Hours are Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm, with pay around £12.75 per hour. The ideal candidate has previous experience operating machinery in a production or manufacturing environment and can follow health and

• Previous experience operating machinery in a production or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operating the Beamsaw safely and efficiently
• Cutting timber and other materials accurately to specification
• Supporting the wider door manufacturing process
• Working across different areas of the factory as required
• Following production instructions and health & safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet production requirements
