Job Description

Join Protocol Education as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Teaching Assistant (TA) in an SEND provision in Upminster. No experience is necessary—your compassion and energy are what matter most.

Your Mission

You will support students with:

  • Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
  • Complex Learning Disabilities
  • Educational support plans

Your role is to empower and support them to overcome challenges and succeed.
