The role:
  • As BDR Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team of BDRs. Your team will qualify warm and inbound leads, hunt outbound prospects, nurture relationships, and employ a consultative approach to close deals.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the construction industry who may benefit from the company's software solutions.
About you:
  • 3+ years of construction software sales experience
  • Proven success as a new business hunter with strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ambitious, driven, and effective in a small start-up environment
