We’re BDO, an accountancy and business advisory firm providing advice and solutions to entrepreneurial organizations navigating today’s changing world.

We work with Britain’s high-growth, ambitious, entrepreneurially-spirited companies that fuel the economy, advising their owners and management teams.

We’ll broaden your horizons

Manage risk for our clients to strengthen their future.

Our Digital & Risk Advisory Services (DRAS) enable organizations to leverage innovative methodologies, technology, and experienced professionals to manage risks effectively. Working at BDO offers exposure to business strategy, operations, and more.

Our team includes internal auditors, accountants, technology, and business transformation experts across disciplines like finance, risk, projects, change, cyber, and digital.

We provide highly client-centric, collaborative, and tailored advisory services, helping clients manage threats like cyber events and build resilient businesses. We value innovation and agility in our work.

This is your chance to join a fast-paced, growing team and help shape the future of DRAS at BDO.

We’ll help you succeed

Our reputation for quality advice stems from understanding our clients' businesses through close collaboration and long-term relationships.

You’ll be proactive, able to manage your tasks independently, and confident in collaborating and communicating with senior managers, directors, and partners to support businesses. You’ll also identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and offer additional value.

With eight UK locations, we serve major business centers with local expertise. Our team of approximately 200 people values authenticity and personality in our professional environment.

We seek a high-performing individual eager to advance their career in our expanding and dynamic team. Besides core client relationship skills, you should value mentoring and contributing to a strong team culture.

We are recruiting for our expanding digital team to grow our cyber governance work. The role focuses on managing and expanding teams delivering cyber security controls assessments and guiding clients on cyber risk, mainly through internal audits. Our experts stay at the forefront of threat landscapes, cyber defense, and regulatory expectations.

Technical Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience

We welcome diverse candidates, as the cyber security industry is constantly evolving. We aim to build a resilient, adaptable team with varied profiles and skills. An ideal candidate would have:

  • Strong understanding of IT audits and control gap assessments, with CISA certification preferred
  • Interest or certification in cyber security (e.g., CISSP) is advantageous
  • Solid technical foundation in controls, IT risk, or regulatory landscape
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships with team members and clients
  • Experience managing teams and supporting development

We support your individuality, offer agile working, and provide resources for career development.

We’re in it together

Mutual support and respect are core values at BDO. We provide mentoring, coaching, and collaborative workspaces to help you succeed and build your network.

We’re looking forward to the future

We aim to help entrepreneurial businesses succeed, fueling the UK economy. Our success depends on our people, and we invest in your growth. We are evolving to strengthen our global reach, integrity, and expertise, shaping the future together with openness and innovation.
