Role: Business Analyst – Treasury Systems - Kondor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in testing and supporting Treasury Systems, particularly the Kondor suite. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of treasury operations, FX products, and end-to-end trade lifecycle processes within a UK banking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional testing and validation of Kondor Treasury Systems (Front Office and Back Office modules).
  • Collaborate with business teams to analyse and triage complex treasury issues.
  • Support the full trade lifecycle from execution to settlement and accounting.
  • Work closely with Treasury Markets, Operations, Market Liquidity, Credit Risk, and Finance teams.
  • Ensure accurate trade capture and processing for instruments such as Forex, swaps, loans, deposits, repos, and derivatives.
  • Assist in the integration of Kondor with payment gateways (SWIFT, CHAPS, Sterling).
  • Support Nostro Management and reconciliation processes.
  • Contribute to the generation and validation of treasury reports (Regulatory, Financial, Statutory).
  • Monitor compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements (e.g., MIFIR, FRTB).
  • Collaborate with reporting platforms such as DeltaConX and DTCC.
  • Provide support for Collateral Management Systems (e.g., CloudMargin).
  • Participate in cash and liquidity management activities, including forecasting and cash pooling.
Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kondor K+TP 3.5.x, including Front and Back Office modules.
  • Good understanding of Treasury and FX trade processes.
  • Familiarity with middle office functions is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of the end-to-end trade lifecycle and treasury department functions.
  • Experience with trade execution and processing for various financial instruments.
  • Understanding of treasury operations, including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and hedging.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT, CHAPS, and Sterling payment systems.
  • Experience with Nostro reconciliation tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards (e.g., MIFIR, FRTB).
  • Exposure to Collateral Management platforms like CloudMargin.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
