BD Manager - Corporates

The Role
As a BD Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor to the corporates TMG lead and group. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the lead to ensure focused, effective, and efficient operations
- Co-chairing meetings, providing insights, and challenging partners appropriately
- Collaborating with the wider team
- Conducting market trend analysis to demonstrate a deep understanding of the market
- Developing and implementing strategic plans with a focus on budget, resources, and outcomes
- Monitoring financial performance and addressing profitability or efficiency issues
- Participating in pricing discussions
- Identifying new opportunities and advising on promoting services and brand
- Managing client development and driving cross-selling initiatives
- Collaborating with bids and client relationship teams
- Ensuring social media posts are engaging and beneficial for clients
- Maintaining high-quality, on-brand deliverables
- Engaging with key market events
- Performing other ad hoc duties as required
About You

- Proven success in reducing volume, increasing quality, and improving results
