Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a marketing or business development role within professional services or law
• Proactive, motivated with a strong interest in BD and client relationship management
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Commercial awareness and interest in developing sector knowledge
• Excellent organisational and project management skills under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
• Collaborative team player with a flexible approach

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and implementation of practice and sector business plans
• Understand clients, markets and strategic priorities to drive BD activity
• Maintain high-quality CRM data and use client insight for targeted BD
• Coordinate and contribute to legal directory and award submissions
• Produce BD updates and maintain the BD calendar
• Develop credentials, pitches and marketing collateral
• Support planning and delivery of client events and relationship development
• Assist with campaigns, digital activity and performance reporting
