Job description

This Business Development Coordinator opportunity is positioned in a leading US law firm and will provide full-service support to the Private Equity & M&A and Antitrust teams in London.

This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in supporting the growth and success of these high-profile practice areas. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, from creating marketing materials and managing website content to organizing events and conducting market research.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the production of marketing and business development materials, including pitches, client alerts, newsletters, and blog posts. This includes drafting content and regularly contributing to the Antitrust blog.
  • Manage key dates and deadlines for legal directories and awards, assisting with the preparation of submissions.
  • Maintain practice area credentials, key deal information, awards, and deal reporting.
  • Gather and collate business content from the team and fee earners to support regular internal communications.
  • Maintain website information, including lawyer biographies, credentials, and other content.
  • Provide support for internal and client events, working closely with the Events team.
  • Conduct research on clients, competitors, and the wider market.

The successful candidate for this role will have minimum of 6 months of business development experience within a legal and/or professional services firm
