Job Title
BD & Bid Executive – Professional Services

Description
We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded professional services firm, who are seeking to appoint a BD & Bid Executive to join their growing Marketing & Business Development team. This role is ideal for a business development professional with outstanding writing, editorial, and project management skills. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing bid processes and producing compelling internal and external content that supports brand awareness and business growth.

The Role
• Lead and manage full tender processes, from PQQ to final submission
• Write persuasive, brand-aligned responses to PQQs, Tenders and Due Diligence requests
• Coordinate and liaise with internal teams and external partners for content contributions
• Oversee clarification and RFI communications and maintain a high-quality bid content library
• Develop copy for client-facing proposals, speeches, web content, marketing campaigns, and more
• Support and lead internal communications strategy across digital channels and firm-wide initiatives
• Edit and enhance press releases, event scripts and strategic comms for leadership

The Person
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, marketing, communications, or bid writing
• Proven writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio across multiple formats
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines
• Naturally detail-focused, creative and commercially minded
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
