BD and Marketing Manager

12 month contract - BD and Marketing Manager role in a large international law firm. Focusing on their Corporate & Finance practice. London with hybrid working.

This popular international law firm is looking for a Business Development and Marketing Manager to join the firm’s Corporate & Finance group, focusing primarily on their Banking, Loan Finance, and Real Estate streams. The firm has a great culture, a solid history of developing the team, creating progression opportunities, and many people who join the firm become permanent.

Key duties include:

• Working with the partners on developing the BD plans for the group;
• Leading on key initiatives such as the growth of key clients;
• Managing RFP responses and key pitches in this space;
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities working with the wider BD team;
• Working with the PR and communications teams on profile raising and news items;
• Managing and executing key awards and rankings;
• Managing events for the team, globally where needed;
• Managing and identifying sponsorship opportunities for the group;

This role would suit a BD professional with at least 5 years of experience, ideally within the legal sector. Candidates should have experience in corporate and finance practice groups, as well as experience working on international initiatives.
