Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead ABA therapy in our center-based programs. You will supervise therapists, design Treatment Plans and ensure ethical, individualized care for children with autism.

We offer a competitive salary between $85,000 and $100,000 USD, full benefits (401k, health, dental and vision, disability and life insurance, pet insurance, HSAs/FSAs), and on-site trainings plus growth opportunities across multiple centers.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification is required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card and TB test prior to employment.
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Be flexible and adaptable to team needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; MacOS knowledge.
• Proficiency with CentralReach and Tableau.
• Maintain required licensure to practice.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training per client.
• Ensure programming is ethical, individualized, and implemented with integrity.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs in center and community settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports for assigned clients.
• Oversee/ supervise behavior technicians and RBT supervision hours.
• Keep up to date on current research and best practices.
• Model and fill in for therapy as needed.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist with Initial Assessments and supervise BACB students.
