Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs across our centers. The role requires BCBA certification and licensure as applicable, with responsibilities spanning treatment planning, caregiver training, and program oversight.

You will work in a full-time capacity Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Expect collaboration with a passionate team and opportunities for clinical research

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA or BCBA-D and licensed where applicable.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and coordinating ABA programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with caregivers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment goals (average 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings.
• Oversee ABA programming in center and community settings; supervise RBT hours.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans; update progress reports.
• Lead and supervise staff; ensure ethical, individualized programming.
• Document activities per BACB and funder guidelines.
