A leading healthcare provider seeks a BBV Coordinator to join the team at HMP Liverpool. This role involves comprehensive administrative support for BBV testing, requiring strong administration and communication skills. The position is part-time at 22.5 hours over 3 days. We have an exciting opportunity to join the team at HMP Liverpool as a BBV Coordinator. This role is 22.5 hours over 3 days.
The post holder will provide comprehensive administration and information services within the Prison Healthcare Department of HMP Liverpool. They will work as part of the administration team to deliver high-quality clerical and administrative duties to support BBV testing across the site.
The role requires excellent administration and communication skills, with flexibility to respond to service needs. The post holder will support both the Healthcare Team and visiting Hepatitis C PEER mentors.
Responsibilities include all aspects of administrative support to streamline BBV testing, such as coordinating reports, scheduling appointments, managing waiting lists, filing and recording results, liaising with external providers (Operational Delivery Network and Hepatitis C Trust), and collating statistical data.
The post holder will be line managed by the Administration Manager but is expected to work independently and escalate issues when necessary.
