Job summary

Agratas – A Tata Enterprise, a subsidiary of Tata Sons, is building the UK’s biggest battery manufacturing facility. We are seeking an engineering leader to drive reliability, maintainability and continuous improvement across a highly automated plant.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with OEMs and project teams, and shape the systems and standards that underpin manufacturing success. Agratas champions diversity and flexible wellbeing initiatives as part of its evolving

Qualifications

• Proven engineering leadership experience from FMCG, battery manufacturing, automotive or other high-speed automated environments.
• Strong track record of improving reliability, developing high-performing teams and delivering maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and maintenance strategy for a highly automated battery manufacturing facility.
• Oversee asset reliability, maintenance performance and commissioning readiness in collaboration with OEMs and project teams.
