Position Title: Battery Energy Management (BEM) Launch Engineer

Duration: Contract

About the company:

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Wolverhampton, who are seeking a BEM Launch Engineer to join their team.

Skills Required:

• Problem solving
• Manufacturing process knowledge
• HV Battery knowledge

Experience Required:

• Preferred degree qualified in relevant engineering subject.
• Demonstrates the Clients' Creators Code behaviours of Customer Love, Unity, Integrity, Growth and Impact.
• Relevant OR previous experience of Launch in Manufacturing; working knowledge of quality tools and processes.
• An individual who works independently, is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment.
• Embracing differences, being empathetic, welcoming challenges together empowering each other to deliver.
• Strong people skills and the ability to work individually and in a cross-functional team.

Experience Preferred:

• A knowledge of battery systems and design.
• Knowledge of PCDS framework.
• Experience of AIMS & Issue management systems.
• Experience / understanding Agile methodology.
