Responsibilities

• Accept incoming calls, identify needs (test drive, consultation, other), and forward to the appropriate contact person.
• Present the brand and products to potential customers and interested parties.
• Support the team in organizing studio events and official receptions, especially handling logistical and administrative tasks.
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers in the studio.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the daily studio operations.

Person Specification

• Possess A-levels or relevant training in the hotel, catering, or luxury retail sectors (automotive experience is desirable but not essential).
• Experience in customer care, hospitality, or premium/luxury retail, with teamwork skills.
• Driving license class B (preferred).
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
