Overview

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Showroom Manager / Bathroom Sales Consultant to join a leading company in the area. The right candidate will have some bathroom sales experience and be outgoing with good sales skills and a determination to succeed. The showroom has recently been refurbished and features a great range of displays.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in the showroom; don’t wait for business to come in.
• Lead from the front and take ownership of the Bathroom Showroom to drive sales.
• Build and maintain a strong showroom environment, leveraging the refreshed displays.
• Deal effectively with both tradespeople and the retail public in a showroom setting.
• Work towards a strong bonus scheme by delivering results and adding value.

Qualifications

• Bathroom sales experience from a current or past role.
• Out-going personality with solid sales skills and a determination to succeed.
• Comfort dealing with trades people and retail customers in a showroom environment.
• Comfortable using CAD software; specific package training will be provided.
• Experience in bathroom design or genuinely transferable skills are considered.
