I am working with a well established maintenance contractor based in Cornwall to recruit a Bathroom Fitter for a planned maintenance contract.
This role is ideal for someone based near Truro, Penzance, Helston and happy to travel across Cornwall for projects.

Duties will include:

• Full bathroom and wet room refurbishments
• Installing WCs, basins, baths
• Fitting low level former trays
• Replacing pipework
• Patching walls to make good
• Boxing in pipework
• Fitting aqua boarding
• Painting

You will need:

• A qualification in Plumbing, or time-served experience
• Proven experience in bathroom fitting, preferably in social housing or similar settings
• Your own hand tools
• A clean driving licence (or your own van if preferred)
