Shifts you are applying for: 21 hrs p/w; Sun 11:00 - 17:00; Wed 09:00 - 17:30; Thu 12:30 - 21:00

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service, maximize fragrance and skincare sales, and drive operational efficiencies. Your role involves leadership, coaching, motivating a high-performing team, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. We invest in your personal development and offer flexible working options.

About the Role:
  • Support the store management team across all product areas, including back of house and store operations.
  • Build and manage a successful team to meet sales targets, ensure accurate stock processes, and maintain a safe, efficient environment.
  • Create an engaging store atmosphere, inspiring your team to excel and representing the Bath & Body Works brand.
  • Lead by example in commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working closely with your team.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs.
