Job Description

  • Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed
  • Build and manage a successful team to deliver excellent service and maintain accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met
  • Deliver the best possible Bath & Body Works experience in store, including team advising and selling products, acting as brand ambassadors, and maintaining the store space
  • Create an atmosphere of support, motivation, and inspiration within your team
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs

This role is typically not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to Home Office skill requirements.
