Job description

We are seeking an experienced PMO to support change delivery managers in delivering a key project within the Wholesale Risk-led Fundamental Review of the Trading Book programme, aligned with new BASEL IV regulations. The role involves supporting workstream delivery, ensuring compliance with Barclays governance controls, and engaging with stakeholders across Tech and Business sectors. While primarily focused on a specific project, the team works collaboratively to ensure successful programme governance.

To be successful as a Basel IV PMO, you should have:

• Risk and Controls experience
• Change and Transformation experience
• Stakeholder Management and Reporting skills (Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel; Navigator experience is a plus)

• Business acumen and strategic thinking

This role is based in our Glasgow office.

Purpose of the role:

Support change delivery managers to ensure projects are aligned with controls, governance standards, and strategic objectives, facilitating successful project delivery.

Accountabilities include:

• Ensuring programme compliance with the Barclays Control Framework
• Creating and implementing standardised PMO processes aligned with controls
• Monitoring project performance and reporting to senior management
• Maintaining project documentation and facilitating governance
• Providing change management training to stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement in project management practices
