Job summary

The National in Belfast is seeking bar staff to join a fast-paced, high-volume venue. You’ll pull pints, pour spirits, and keep the bar stocked while delivering quick, friendly service in a busy setting.

Candidate should have 1+ year bartending experience, cocktail skills, and strong teamwork. Flexible evenings apply; NVQs and staff perks are available through Beannchor Group.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a bartender in a busy bar or similar venue.
• Experience mixing a range of cocktails.
• Great communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Capable of delivering exceptional customer care.
• Passion for hospitality/bartending.

We’re on the lookout for bar staff to join our fast-paced, high-volume venue. Whether you’re pulling pints, pouring spirits, or keeping the bar stocked and the vibes strong, we want team players who can bring energy, speed, and a great attitude to every shift.
