Welcome to the Manchester Deansgate Hotel, where modern luxury travel meets the vibrant spirit of Manchester. We are looking for a Bartender to join our team at Podium, our 2 Rosette restaurant in the heart of Manchester.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcome and serve our guests with warmth and professionalism, preparing and serving drinks with confidence and personality.
  • Use your knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits to make recommendations, guiding guests through their drinks experience and helping to create memorable moments.
  • Work seamlessly with the wider team to ensure smooth service, always attentive to guest needs and preferences.
  • Evening and weekend availability is essential - these are our busiest and most exciting times!
  • Experience behind the bar is important, ideally in a similar venue. If you bring warmth, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude we can provide the training you need to succeed.
