The Peninsula London is seeking a Bartender for our Lobby Restaurant, responsible for beverages and reporting to the Assistant Lobby Managers. The hotel is renowned for its Lobby experience, live music, luxurious setting, and high-standard food and beverage service, which are core to our brand. The role requires passion for beverages and food knowledge, working in a high-paced environment to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure exceptional beverage service, greeting and serving guests with friendliness and discretion, exceeding expectations according to Peninsula Service Principles.
• Maintain positive interactions with guests and colleagues, fostering productive relationships.

General Requirements:

• Good knowledge of food and beverages, including cocktail preparation.
• At least 1 year experience in a high-volume, fast-paced bar environment.
• Friendly, positive, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
